(2022.09.28, Wednesday) I can tell I'm getting near the end of my stay here. My desire to adventure is declining. I did do a bit of shopping in the morning then walked to Newlyn and back in the later afternoon.
Meat pies in a local butcher shop.
Today's portraits. On the left (or above) is a girl I passed on Clarence Street (she was happier than she looks). On the right (or below) is my server at the Turks Head, where I ate lunch.
Humphry Davy is one of the hometown boys made good. A significant player in chemistry.

Permanent footprints on the Promenade.
Clouds over Penzance.
Rainbow over Mount's Bay.
Clouds over Mount's Bay looking toward Mousehole.
Seagulls lining up.
Part of the Newlyn fishing fleet.
The sun setting over Newlyn Harbour.
Seems like a good place to sit and ponder the sea.

Night on the Greenmarket.
I must finally say after following your journey, your photos that include the sky and clouds are spectacular. The mix of fluffy white clouds and deep blue skies have a real dream like quality.
ReplyDeleteII love that include a flower of the day.. I have a wanderlust heart and no budget. But your trip I can well afford. Thanks.
